MHS Legacy Group, a national holding corporation, announces Todd Staley as its new president. Staley remains president of IWR North America, a MHS Legacy Group subsidiary and specialty contractor focusing on total building enclosures. In this position, Staley aims to grow capital for future expansion and take advantage of the market opportunities ahead.
“Having served as president of IWR for the past five years, I am confident Todd will be a natural fit for this position,” said Walt Hatfield, CEO and shareholder of MHS Legacy Group. “Todd is a talented leader who will be instrumental in executing the investment strategy for our subsidiaries, while also leading MHS Legacy Group’s corporate initiatives.”
Staley holds 15 years of management experience in the commercial construction and engineering fields. He has overseen several difficult and labor-intensive projects for high-profile companies while growing IWR into one of the nation’s most sought-after specialty contractors. The Illinois native and Southeast Missouri State alumni is an active member of several national industry organizations as well as FMI’s Leadership Institute.
